Next Steps Housing helped me find an apartment that allows all my pets. My case manager supports me in my monthly needs. I couldn’t do it without the support of my case manager. I would recommend this program to anyone in need of housing.

Supporting You Every Step of the Way
Next Steps Housing of Litchfield Program uses the Housing First Model, an evidence-based practice and approach that centers on providing people experiencing homelessness with housing as quickly as possible, followed by extensive support services, as needed. This Rental Assistance Program (RAP) provides intensive case management and state housing vouchers for ten individuals. A recipient can apply for any available apartment using their voucher, which pays 70% of the rent. The remaining 30% is paid for by the tenant with income from disability benefits or employment.
